		<description>Well, I&#039;m not going to argue with you Mr Youd - you wrote the thing. My memory has it as a genre novel - a sort of horror story although there are no supernatural elements - maybe that&#039;s just because you wrote it? Maybe because I&#039;m a claustrophobe who finds the idea of being trapped under ground utterly terrifying (which is why I avoid the Tube as much as possible)? Anyway that bit where they find the cave with the dead animals and the hole above that they can&#039;t reach - that has featured in more than a few of my nightmares.
(I can&#039;t believe I&#039;m replying to a message from the man who wrote The White Mountains - the seven-year-old me would be so impressed right now... Thanks for dropping by.)</description>
